A SNIPPET FROM OUR MENU
Turn breakfast into an occasion and try the world famous Eggs Benedict, or for those with a really hearty appetite, the Big Brekkie is well worth tackling. For those late risers who prefer to skip breakfast, an early lunch feasting on the delicious Snack Platter or one of the delectable, freshly prepared salads such as the Blue Cheese Salad or the fresh Seared Tuna Salad, is a must.
Holidays and great seafood are synonymous and the Lookout Deck provides an exceptional variety of the freshest seafood around. Try the tender Calamari, famous large Wild Coastal Oysters or the renowned Pint O Prawns to mention but a few.
When it comes to the meaty side of life you can’t beat the Chargrilled Steaks, which are matured on the premises to manage the consistently high quality. If you thought you had to be in Durban to get a good curry, think again. The Lookout Deck’s traditional Cape Malay Mutton Curry has made a name for itself amongst locals and foreign visitors alike.
End off the occasion with a little self-indulgence and try the mouth watering homemade Cheesecake or heavenly Pavlova Jubilee

What others say about us
“My favourist restaurant on an 8 days trip along the Garden Route in South Africa”
The staff was super kind and efficient, just a pity they did not had oysters that day.
But the food was very good, well cooked and with a nice presentation.
The views are absolutely stunning, specially at sunset.
The price was quite reasonable.
“A great place for dinner”
A delightful meal overlooking the sea. Well served and tasty. Loads of atmosphere. Great drinks, Even had the football in the background.
“Very good food, great view over Lookout Beach”
The food is really good – maybe not quite good enough to be 5* but very good. Lovely tuna, good fish and chips, beefburgers etc. Superb view at low level over Lookout Beach, which differs depending on the tides but can be shallow lagoons or expanse of sandy beach. I particularly enjoy LookOut Deck for lunch but also good in the evening.
Visited for lunch …. Very busy (good sign), the food was excellent especially the mussels and the lobster bisque…yum!
